Dr. Louis Maelstrom

Louis Maelstrom is a star professor in the history department of Gotham University. He specializes in modern (1500-1900 AD) European history and has published several books exposing the occult influences on many European leaders.

He lives in a large book-stuffed apartment in Coventry, near the Kane Library.
