====== Shamus O'Toole ======

Sometimes called "Torchy" O'Toole, Shamus was a pyromaniac who used his passion to further his business.  He would burn the arms or faces of deadbeats in his gambling and loan sharking rackets, and burn buildings in his extortion and protection rackets


He rose to the head of the head of the [[wound_ravens|]] on a column of smoke.  He was one of the most successful leaders of the gang, running it from 1897 until his fiery death in 1913.
