The Command Post is the city headquarters of the [[communists|Communist Party]].  It is located in [[gotham_heights|]], but is usually infested by artistic poseurs from [[gotham_village|Gotham Village]].  There is about a 25% chance that the place is under FBI surveillance during business hours.   Most of the dirty secret work of the party is done elsewhere, very little but talk, and whole lot of that, goes on here.
