Snow is the current "Mister White" of the [[All Americans]] gang.  His responsibilities extend to "public relations" and politics, particularly with regard to the gang's more legitimate operations.  He is engaged to be married to the much younger socialite [[Gwendoline Cobblepot]].

Mister White, a middle-aged man intent on revenge for his brother Mike, but also intent on the gang becoming bigger.  He is nominally in charge of the Hapsgurgs crew and is aligned tightly with the Tudors crew.   He used his connections with the City Machine to learn about Rufus and trap him.  Using [[rufus_merriwhether|Rufus]] as a bargaining chip, he learned some of Team C’s secrets order to put a stop to the GCRP, but fled once it was clear that his own secret lair was compromised.

Snow is a member of Gotham's [[Bureaucracy|Board of Aldermen]].
