Bat Masterson, a native of Gotham left his abusive home and moved West at the tender age of 15 to become a very successful prizefighter.  He cashed in on his newfound fame by joining the rodeo with a trick-shot act that was simply amazing.  He was recruited into [[The Victorian Legion]] and asked to return to his hometown to help secure the peace.  

He proved to be a competent member of the legion, but after being nearly shot to death for a second time in an operation gone terribly wrong he took his leave from the group and moved off to New York City.  He now works as a sports journalist, and has just produced an autobiography of his life as a rodeo act and vigilante entitled "Prize Fighter - The Life of Bat Masterson".
