Manny Wiseport is an important leader in the [[sons_of_david|Sons of David]] gang, being a high-stakes loan shark.   He operates [[wiseport_consulting|Wiseport Consulting]], his lending business, in the [[financial_district|Financial District]].  He is old, looks a little frail, but has a keen mind and never forgets, forgives or forgoes getting his money back.   He appears to be a kindly old grandpa, but will sick a pack of rabid gangsters onto deadbeats the minute they are out of the room.
