The Hand of Heaven are a band of swordsmen in the [[golden_dragons|Golden Dragons]] gang.  Each member has some job in one of the gang's crews, but when [[fung_shu_the_celestial|Fung Shu]] sends word, each member dons his red mask, gets his sword and does his job.  They are not subtle or stealthy, but brutal and direct.
