If  [[windsor_crew|The Windsor Crew]] of the [[all_americans|All Americans]] gang is the most well liked and popular crew in Gotham's underworld, their fellow gang members, the Bourbons, are probably the least liked.  Working out of [[Bronson's Chevrolet|Bronson's Chevrolet]] in [[old_gotham|Old Gotham]], they are violent and direct shake-down artists who prefer robbing other gangsters.  When not busting up their fellow low lifes, they are pretty good at blackmailing businessmen.  Their boss is [[Earl Atkins|Earl Atkins]] who is as subtle as a drunken birthday clown.
