Town of Wheatabix

Wheatabix is a market town in the middle of the richest agricultural areas of South Thranconia. The town is a direct possession of the Ducal house, and the Duchess has appointed Lady Fredrica Green as steward. More ominous is the activity of the single gang in town, The Crazy Floggers, who had made a complete monopoly of crime, were recently decapitated by outside agitators. There is a lodge for the Knights of Castle Shield, who protect travels who cross the Coast Forest through the Coast Road from here.

Temple of Nerthuz: High Priestess Gertrude the Stunning was once the leader of the religious life in the settlement until she was replaced by an evil Lamia who commanded a coven of were-creatures. She was sister to Lady Fredrica Green. The temple is now being re-staffed and re-dedicated to Nerthuz by Zerkwad. Brother Rocko is the current administrator until a permanent high priestess or priest can be found. There are 8 soldier-guards and 8 total monks.

Crazy Floggers: Crazy Ralph Biggins was the master of a powerful gang. Every pimp, whore, pickpocket, mugger and beggar in town had been a member of the gang. However, Mrow the Wizard and his crew recently wiped out Ralph and the rest of the leadership of the gang, throwing the underworld of the town into disarray.

Shandor's Hideout this is a prominent house facing the town hall and the temple of Nerthuz both. It was the nest of a group of dopplegangers, but is now held (secretly) by Mrow, Renly, Giggles and Shump.

The Protector's Cup: formerly the secret clubhouse of the Crazy Floggers, it is now a tavern run by Not Chet the Dwomeling on behalf of Shump.

Critter on a Stick: a fried varmint street vendor business-collective in town, owned by Giggles.
